Registered Agent
The SMSF Accountant can act as the registered agent for your corporate trustee. This involves preparation and lodgement of the annual company return and all other ASIC forms as required during the year, such as change of company name, change to shareholders and directors or change to addresses of the company or its members.
Trustee company only $140 plus GST (in addition to ASIC annual fee)
